We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. No worries, we’re here to help!

Returns (30 Days Money-Back Guarantee)

We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days from the purchase date, we cannot offer a refund. Order date can be found on your email receipt that was received upon initial purchase. 

– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

– To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If there is an issue with your return, you will also be notified as to why your return was rejected and why we cannot issue a refund. This typically only happens when we receive used products back that are in unsaleable condition. 

If you are approved, the purchase price (exclude shipping charges) will be refunded to your credit card or original method of payment, normally within 3-7 business days.

Late Or Missing Refunds

Please note, refunds can take 3-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on how your bank or financial institution processes them. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank and credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Clearance & Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items and free giveaway cannot be refunded.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are wrong or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us at support@thesmartfoodie.com with a photo attached, we want to make sure you have the best shopping experience with us and we’ll do everything we can to make up for it.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement or exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Also, we cannot guarantee that all items will be delivered within the estimated time frame, even though we strive to do so. So please note that a late delivery cannot be a reason to request a refund.
