Q: How do I check the status of my order?

AUpon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You may visit our website at any time and click on our Track Order page to find the update of your shipment.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Our warehouses are located around the world, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Many times, your items will arrive earlier! We send all our packages with a tracking number so you will be able to check it every step of the way!

Q: Will my items be sent in one package?

A: For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages and arrive at slightly different times.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we’ll get it addressed!  We guarantee all of our products, and your satisfaction is guaranteed

Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

A: Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if you don’t like the product. Simply visit our Refund Policy page for complete details.
